Rapier Employment are on the lookout for Class 1 Drivers to support our well-known client based in Swindon.
** You must have held your Class 1 licence for at least 2 years to be considered **
Role: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £ – £ per hour
Time: 18:00-22:00 starts with some flexibility
Shifts: Shifts can vary 10-13 hours. Guaranteed 8 hours
Days: Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend work
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Delivering products to customer sites ensuring delivery instructions are followed
2. Driver must strap own load and ensure it is ready for transport
3. Hauling products to various locations across South-East/South-west UK
4. Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, record information, and report any defect
5. Driver must be hands on with an average of 2-5 drops per shift
Requirements:
6. Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
7. CPC Card
8. Digi Card
9. Held Class 1 licence for 2 years
