Job Title: Property Projects Administrator
Location: Staines (Office-based)
Contract Type: Temporary – 12 weeks
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Job Purpose
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join the Property Projects Team on a 12-week temporary assignment. This role will support the delivery of property improvement projects by providing efficient administrative assistance to surveyors, managers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general admin support, including maintaining spreadsheets, collating documents, and booking appointments.
Monitor team inboxes and allocate tasks appropriately.
Respond to basic customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone and email.
Track open cases, liaising with surveyors and contractors to ensure progress.
Support latent defects casework preparation and liaise with the Programme & Compliance Team.
Raise repairs on internal systems and process purchase orders/invoices.
Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Candidate Profile
Previous admin experience in a customer-focused environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Organised, resilient, and able to prioritise workload effectively.
A team player who can build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
