Key Skills / Experience:
We are looking for both Skilled and Semi-Skilled candidates with the following experience and attributes:
Semi-Skilled Requirements:
Mechanically minded and confident in hands-on tasks
Ability to meet deadlines and complete work within allocated hours
Basic understanding of Health & Safety principles in the workplace
Flexible with working hours and open to learning new skills
Willingness to undertake training and grow within the role
Skilled Requirements:
Formal trade qualification or apprenticeship (e.g. welder, joiner, mechanic, electrician, plumber, coachbuilder)
Proven ability to contribute to production productivity and efficiency
Desirable Skills (for all applicants):
Forklift licence
Crane operator licence
HGV Class 1 driving licence
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a vital role in building refrigerated trailers and vehicle bodies. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing high-quality workmanship in line with company standards
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
Undertaking regular training to keep your skills up to date
