Your new role : This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled credit / OTC professional to join a growing business on a permanent basis. This is a varied role that will incorporate management of one credit controller, hands-on credit control duties, project work around process improvement and initially an aged debt project. You will use your commercial experience and cedit expertise to resolve aged debt queries, implement correct working practice to ensure minimal misallocated cash, make process improvements throughout the OTC cycle, and develop strong business relationships, both internally and externally. Reporting on cash flow and aged debt will also be a key part of this role. What you'll need to succeed : You will be a skilled credit professional who is capable of fulfilling a senior role that requires leadership, while still remaining very hands-on with day-to-day credit control duties. You will have strong commercial awareness, excellent relationship-building ability and be skilled at identifying areas of improvement throughout the O2C cycle. You will enjoy making this newly created role your own, and be part of a growing business. You will need to live within a sensible commute to Maidenhad, Berkshire.
