A global advanced composites manufacturer is looking to appoint a Product Manager to join its Sales & Marketing team, supporting the strategic development and commercial performance of a specialist product portfolio within the aerospace market.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with strong visibility across sales, operations, R&D and global product teams, suited to someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial decision-making and customer engagement.

Product Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full matrix product portfolio, including adhesives, CMF and lacquers, in line with short, medium and long-term business objectives.
* Drive product line evolution through pricing strategy, margin performance, cost evaluation and competitive positioning.
* Coordinate and prioritise new product introductions, including manufacturing trials and product qualification justifications.
* Produce technical and promotional product literature and act as a key technical contributor during customer meetings and trade events.
* Support the sales team with pricing strategies, long-term agreements and identification of new market opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support execution of customer-specific product strategies.
* Act as the focal point for operations on supply chain prioritisation, capacity alignment and monthly SIOP inputs.
* Lead market and business planning activities, including demand validation, competitor analysis and market trend reviews.
* Work closely with global cross-functional teams to support product qualification, process changes and customer impact communication.
* Contribute to monthly reporting and global product management and sales meetings.
Travel
* International travel is required as part of this role to support customers, internal teams and global meetings.

What we’re looking for
* Degree or equivalent experience in a technical, engineering or commercial discipline
* Proven product management experience within composite materials or advanced materials manufacturing
* Good understanding of the aerospace market, including programmes, specifications and qualification processes
* Commercial awareness, including pricing, cost structures and margin analysis
* Experience working directly with customers and external partners
* Strong communication skills, able to present technical and commercial information clearly
* Confident influencing stakeholders across sales, operations, R&D and leadership teams
* Comfortable working in a matrix, international organisation
* Well organised, analytical and able to manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to travel internationally were required.
