Create a safe, respectful, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes excellent behaviour and wellbeing Use a wide range of teaching strategies to enable pupils to achieve their full potential, including those with SEND and EAL Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to provide outstanding learning experiences Assess, monitor, and provide regular, constructive feedback to pupils and parents to support progress Play an active role in the wider life of the school, embodying our values of respect, responsibility, and community This role offers the chance to work in a school where teaching and learning are celebrated, staff are supported, and your professional development is a priority.
