Your new roleAs a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Quality Manager to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. You will lead internal audits, support external audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Quality Management System (QMS). This role involves close collaboration with Engineering and Operations teams to deliver manufacturing solutions that align with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
* Strong knowledge of QMS standards.
* Experience conducting internal audits and supporting customer/supplier audits
* Ability to review and develop process documentation and procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A relevant engineering or quality-related qualification is desirable
