JOB TITLE: Sales & Commercial Analyst
SITE LOCATION: Tamworth
REPORTS TO: Commercial Manager
Job Purpose:
Epwin Group PLC is the leading manufacturer and distributor of energy efficient and low maintenance building products for the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement (“RMI”), social housing and new build markets in the UK. The business unit comprises a national network of c.80 distribution depots and has revenues in the order of £70m.
We are seeking a highly skilled reporting analyst who will lead and oversee our reporting processes and design and create reporting suites available to the wider business. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of reports. This will require the successful candidate to work closely with key stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Design and create Power BI reports
2. Define reporting requirements and ensure dashboards and reports meet the needs of business stakeholders
3. Ensure the creation, validation, and distribution of accurate reports on a timely basis
4. Manage all control desks, reports, data drills and business metric access
5. Manage and maintain CRM data to ensure the accuracy of both system-generated reports and sales team performance reports
6. Ensure all reports are in line with Commercial requirements and business needs

Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:
12. Possess a high skill level in Excel, leveraging advanced functions and features to analyse data and create complex reports
13. Experience using Power BI or similar
14. Experience of developing complex reports
15. A background in analytics within a busy environment
16. Lean Techniques Awareness & Understanding
17. SQL literate advantageous but not essential
18. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
