The successful candidate will be capable of working independently while also collaborating closely with site teams, designers, and stakeholders to develop, maintain, and communicate high-quality programmes in complex environments. You will play a key role in producing, managing, and updating master programmes, ensuring that schedules are robust, realistic, and aligned with project objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project programmes across civil engineering works. Produce high-quality baseline, target, and update programmes using industry-standard planning software. Lead collaborative planning workshops and interface planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Review contractor and subcontractor programmes for compliance, logic, and constructability. Monitor progress against programme, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
