As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. This involves building strong relationships with them, ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment, and being a point of contact for any queries or concerns they may have.
Your day-to-day role will involve assisting in patient consultations, scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check, and accurately maintaining patient records.
You will also be responsible for introducing patients to their optometrist, scheduling treatment dates, discussing finance options, and providing clear and concise information about the services we offer.
