Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Reading, GBP 65,000+ (DOE): A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge with a progressive law firm. JOB REF: 1456.
Responsibilities
* Advise on a full range of residential property transactions
* Supervise and support junior team members
* Deliver the highest standards of client service
* Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic team environment
* Keep up to date with developments in residential property law and share knowledge with colleagues
* Identify and develop opportunities for cross-referrals and business development
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
* Strong grounding in residential property, ideally with knowledge of the Reading market
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
* Excellent technical knowledge, drafting ability, and client relationship skills
* Team player with strong commercial awareness
