Technologies
* Microsoft stack - Server, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V etc
* VMware - knowledge, don't need an expert
* Networking - knowledge, don't need an expert
Your Responsibilities:
* Deploy and configure hardware and software
* Install, upgrade and migrate server, network, storage and desktop environments.
* Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software
* Ensure ongoing performance and supportability.
* Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures.
* Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs.
