We're working with a leading organisation seeking an experienced HR professional to join their team as a Senior People Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with managers and employees to deliver effective HR solutions and drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide HR guidance and support to a dedicated client group. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes. Advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals. Support long-term absence and capability cases. Advise on family leave entitlements and processes. Assist with TUPE consultations and HR projects. Review and update policies and procedures. Collaborate on cyclical activities such as appraisals and salary reviews. About You Strong understanding of UK employment law. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred. Commercial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Confident using HR systems and managing end-to-end processes.
