Tarporley Pre-school require a Qualified (maybe) Unqualified Pre-school practitioner, to join their dedicated and enthusiastic team on a temporary basis until August 2026 due to expansion, however for the right candidate this may be extended.
This thriving, Pre-school is based in the heart of Tarporley offering nursery hours, 50 weeks of the year. We provide a stimulating and varied programme of play and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage of Education for children aged 2 to 4 years. The successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS.
Part time hours (around 20 hours a week) available between the hours of 7.45am-6pm, plus covering staff holidays, 50 week contract. Hourly rate dependent on experience.
The candidate will ideally have:
Level 2/3 in Childcare desirable, SEND experience, Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Keyperson approach and of course…….
* A flare for glitter
* A great story teller
* Good construction skills (blocks, k-nex, Magnetic shapes)
* A great baker (Play-Doh cakes)
The successful applicants will be passionate about working with young children within the early years. The practitioner must have caring and nurturing nature to support individual children's emotional well-being and safeguarding, as well as drive to develop children's learning, development and experiences.
