The Role:
We are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide HR support and guidance across the Group. This role will focus on employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, supporting Practice Managers and the HR team to ensure a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
* Provide strategic advice to the executive team on all people-related matters.
HR Operations & Compliance
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law, as well as GDC, NHS, and CQC regulations.
Talent Management & Development
* Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance frameworks.
* Foster employee engagement and create a positive, high-performing culture.
Compensation & Benefits
* Design and administer competitive reward packages to attract and retain top talent.
* Ensure cost-effective delivery of HR services within budget.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
* Build strong relationships with clinicians, practice managers, and senior leadership.
HR Systems & Data
* Utilise HR technology to manage employee data, streamline processes, and provide insights through reporting.
* Analyse workforce data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (essential).
* CIPD qualification (preferred).
* Experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, or HR administration.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-site environments (preferred).
