HR Systems Analyst HRIS, iTrent / Zellis
Our client is a leading UK health/Social care services provider, rapidly expanding, with a reputation for innovation and excellence and a strong values driven culture
They urgently require a talented, dynamic HR Systems Analyst to help on the delivery of a key programme to modernise their core HR & Finance systems
To be considered you will have/be:
* Similar HRIS platform system experience (MHR iTrent, Zellis, ICIMS, Smart Recruiters)
* Experience in system configuration i.e. able to configure multiple modules (e.g. core HR, Payroll, ATS)
* Requirements gathering document and analyse business requirements
* Gap Analysis: Identifies gaps between current processes and systems capabilities
* Advises improvements to HR processes with automation & system features
* Data management data mapping, cleansing, validating and migration data between systems
* Report and analytics production
* Testing writing test scripts, conducting UAT
* System documentation produces clear documentation (e.g. requirements, user guides, process documents)
* Training and support assist production of training guides and support end users us of system
