Location: Bristol
Salary: £53,000 - £63,000 per annum + 7.5% annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, core office hours with an early finish at 1:00pm every Friday

This is an excellent opportunity for a controls engineering professional to take on a leadership role, guiding a team of engineers while driving the design, development, implementation, and support of advanced control systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Controls Engineers, setting clear objectives and priorities.
2. Drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems within wider projects.
4. Ensure all control systems meet required performance standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements through robust testing and validation.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for complex control system issues.
6. Support and develop junior engineers through coaching and mentoring.
