We are seeking qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) to carry out Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys on domestic properties across Hampshire. Whether you’re looking for a full-time salaried role or prefer subcontract work, we have consistent opportunities available.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct domestic property surveys in line with EPC regulations and industry standards
* Accurately collect data and produce Energy Performance Certificates
* Liaise with clients, property owners, and agents to arrange assessments
* Maintain professional, timely, and accurate reporting standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Certificate in Domestic Energy Assessment (or equivalent)
* Valid DEA accreditation and insurance
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
