Klipboard provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions to companies in the distributive trade. With deep experience in ERP/SaaS solutions, our clients range from small traders to multinational enterprises. We have offices in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya and North America. Our mission is simple: to design and deliver high‑performance, integrated ERP solutions that enable our distributive trade customers to source effectively, stock efficiently, sell profitably and service competitively.


Key Responsibilities

* Operating as the lead point of contact for your accounts
* Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with decision‑makers and stakeholders
* Understand client objectives and align Insphire solutions to meet business needs
* Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit
* Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts
* Liaise with cross‑functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience
* Occasional travel may be required
* Attend and support customer events and trade shows as expected


Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

* Minimum 5+ years in account management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
* Strong understanding of rental or asset management industries is advantageous
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
