FMCG Brand Manager

A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking hands-on, consumer‑obsessed marketers to help activate patients and deliver high‑impact consumer campaigns – specifically in the Neuroscience space (Alzheimer’s & Dementia).
What We’re Looking For
6 - 7+ years’ experience in brand management or consumer marketing
Strong experience in:
* Turning consumer insights into action
* Working with media & creative agencies
* Using data analytics to measure campaign performance
Experience executing marketing at local or regional market level
Comfortable in fast‑paced, delivery‑oriented environments
Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute consumer engagement campaigns
* Localise & amplify global content for UK & Nordics
* Work with media & creative agencies
* Use analytics to optimise campaign performance
* Collaborate cross‑functionally (Marketing, Digital, Medical, Legal, BI&A)
* Keep a consumer‑first mindset in all activities
* Help activate patients searching for support or treatment information
