How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Partner closely with central and regional sales teams to assess the feasibility of new product and service ideas
2. Drive new service concepts from initial idea through to full commercial realization
3. Build and analyse business cases, including market and competitor analysis, NPV, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities
4. Develop sales materials such as presentations, pricing strategies, value-selling tools, flyers, and winning guides
5. Enable and train global and regional sales teams on product value, sales materials, and customer-facing strategies
6. Support market-led business cases that guide R&D investment and funding decisions
What You Bring
7. A Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
8. Experience building business cases and calculating ROI for business or R&D initiatives
9. Familiarity with go-to-market strategies for new products and services
10. Strong analytical capability with a systematic, logical approach to problem solving
11. A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
12. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Desired but not mandatory:
13. An MBA or equivalent graduate qualification
14. Experience in product marketing strategy or continuous improvement methodologies
15. Exposure to aero gas turbine products, the Oil & Gas market, or sales roles
