The Role
As Sales Manager, driving sales and championing the delivery of a world:class experience. Youll combine commercial acumen with emotional intelligence to create a thriving, connected member community.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to attract new members, clients, and event partners.
* Manage the full sales process from outreach to onboarding with precision.
* Track and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
* Act as the face of the brand, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
* Plan and host exclusive community events aligned with company values of wellbeing and inspiration.
* Engage with members through digital and in:person channels.
* Collaborate with marketing, programming, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales tracking, and performance reporting.
* Train and empower front:of:house teams in sales confidence, product knowledge, and service excellence.
About You
* 2:4 years experience in Premium Luxury sales, community management, hospitality, or a related field.
* Proven track record achieving and surpassing sales targets.
* Confident communicator who thrives in social, high:energy environments.
* Organised, proactive, and detail:oriented with a commercial mindset.
* Passionate about wellness, fitness, and cultivating meaningful connections.
* Comfortable using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and social media tools.
