This person hasautism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.This person is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing. No one day is the same and they're looking for someone with similar interests to support them in their own homeTo help them make the most of these outings, we're looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
