About The Role To support the successful enrolment, delivery, training, and achievements, via the application of effective teaching, learning and assessment practices for all apprentices on your caseload. To ensure all apprentices achieve timely and overall outcomes on Apprenticeship standards within identified subject areas / specialisms. To programme manage the Electrical Installation Apprenticeship and line manage a team of Electrical assessors with a focus on quality improvement within the Electrical apprenticeship delivery. This role is within a well-established and supportive apprenticeships team. About You You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical or be willing to work towards in the probationary period and have occupational experience within the electrical industry. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a caseload of learners and employers. You will have good working experience of Apprenticeship Frameworks (Standards) and experience of workplace assessments. You will have some experience of managing a team.
