What You’ll Do
* Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs
* Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning plans and adapt resources to meet individual needs
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing using proven strategies
* Support pupils during lessons, transitions, and enrichment activities, ensuring a safe environment

What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or youth settings preferred)
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach with excellent communication skills
* Able to collaborate with teachers and other support staff
* Understanding of positive bahviour support strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
