* Experience in supporting or developing across a diverse tech stack, including browser-based applications, Java clients, and thick clients underpinned by SQL Server databases.
* Proficiency with UiPath or similar RPA software.
* Familiarity with software implementation cycles.
* Ability to simplify and clearly convey complex ideas.
* Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training is an advantage.
* Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
* Understanding of SQL to create basic queries.
Responsibilities:
* As one of our RPA Developers, I am responsible for:
* Reviewing business processes alongside the business analyst to assess their suitability for RPA.
* Supporting the re-engineering of processes to eliminate waste and enable automation.
* Digesting business requirements and establishing technical requirements.
* Designing, building, and testing RPA projects using the desired robotics software.
* Developing high-quality RPA software solutions in line with best practices.
* Maintaining relevant documentation for all projects I create.
* Providing technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implementation phases.
* Supporting the maintenance of deployed projects, troubleshooting any identified issues.
* Acting as a subject expert on RPA to support other delivery teams.
* Conducting peer code reviews.
