Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

* Who will you be supporting?
* Adults of all ages
* People with learning disabilities, sensory disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or Autism
* Support Workers are trained in autism awareness, safeguarding adults, emergency first aid, and mandatory training

What is important to the people we support?

* Some seek paid employment, others volunteer or wish to travel independently
* Travel is often via public transport, promoting independence and confidence
* We value team players and supportive individuals who can help set and achieve goals

Other important information?

* Up to 20 Support Workers working remotely at any time, depending on needs
* Shifts vary, with the longest being 8:30 am - 4:45 pm and the shortest 10 am - 3 pm
* Flexibility and willingness to travel around Merseyside are required
* Training, coaching, and guidance are provided
