What You’ll Be Doing * Leading and supporting the production team, ensuring everyone works safely and effectively. * Keeping processes running smoothly — staffing, planning, training, and performance management. * Monitoring output and efficiency, identifying improvements, and driving continuous change. * Maintaining strong hygiene, quality, and food safety standards. * Supporting audits, reducing waste, and helping the site hit key performance targets.
