We’re looking for a Change and Communications Manager to join our People team on a 15-month fixed term contract. Reporting to our People Programmes Director, you’ll be passionate about communications through large-scale business transformation initiatives, and eager to contribute to the success of our organisation. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Developing communication strategies and interventions for the programme. Creating and execute of communication plans for key audience groups across the business. Formulating digital and online content. Ongoing assessment of change impacts and business readiness. Supporting the delivery of change management plans by coordinating with intervention owners to refine requirements and track execution of change interventions. Management of critical change communities. Support evaluation of change and communications initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis. What you’ll bring: Experience of developing and executing communication and change management plans in large-scale transformations. Proven track record of supporting organisational change initiatives or large -scale transformations and knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci), ability to assess change impacts and develop appropriate interventions. Hands-on experience with complex change programs in various sectors or functions. Experience of developing digital content and campaigns for internal audiences, including videos, intranet, articles and social media. Ability to manage change communities or networks, including ambassadors and champions. Skilled in managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, experience in managing change communities and fostering engagement. Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing ambiguity, ability to handle resistance and foster positive change. Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple interventions and ensure timely delivery, ability to track progress, manage dependencies and adjust plans as needed.
