Responsibilities
* Advise clients on a range of disputes, including commercial, shareholder, fraud, and insolvency issues.
* Play a key role in business development and client relationship management.
* Contribute to strategic growth, support junior lawyers through mentoring and supervision, and work across the firm to deliver high‑quality, commercially focused legal services.
* Play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the highly regarded Commercial Disputes team across London and the South East.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial litigation, currently operating at Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate level and ready to step into partnership.
* Confidence as a leader with experience mentoring junior lawyers and a proactive professional attitude.
* Ready to join a highly respected regional law firm with a strong reputation and established presence in Kent.
