Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programmes combining GLP-1 medication with tailored nutrition and exercise, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dieticians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
* We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our UK team from 50 to 200.
* Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree – early backers of Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
What’s next? In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing
* This role will be based in our Birmingham pharmacy and operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (~45 hours per week).
* Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met at all times
* Carrying out clinical checks on electronic prescriptions issued by our prescribers
* Providing remote clinical advice and support to patients and colleagues
* Working in tandem with the warehouse fulfilment team to ensure daily prescription order targets are always met
* Developing SOPs and delivering staff training to meet premises standards
Who Are We Looking For
Skills & Experience
* Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
* Must have at least 1 year’s post-qualification experience
* Must have experience of high-volume pharmacy operations
* Must be tech-literate - we use the latest digital tools to run a modern, paperless digital pharmacy service
* Ideally, you will have some experience of working in digital/online pharmacy services
