We are a friendly GP surgery working over two sites in Worcester and we are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join ourreception team. This role will work across both sites, Henwick Halt Medical Centre and Lyppard Grange Medical Centre.

Candidateswill need to have excellent communication skills and be computer literate. Severn Valley Medical Practice is a well organised, forward thinking practice who offer a friendly atmosphere and competitive salary. We have a strong GP, ANP's and nurse team supported by management, admin and reception.
Maintaining and monitoring the practice appointment system
Arranging face-to-face/telephone appointment requests, visits/telephone consultations and directing callers to the appropriate healthcare professional
Initiating contact with and responding to requests from patients, other team members and associated healthcare agencies and providers
Providing clerical assistance to practice staff as required, including word/data processing, filing and photocopying
