Project Administrator – Construction
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the smooth running of construction projects and the day-to-day operations of the site and office teams. You’ll assist with document control, record-keeping, compliance, and communication across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to project and site teams.
* Manage site project documentation and control, including uploads to Autodesk.
* File, scan, and distribute drawings and key documents.
* Support Health & Safety compliance, maintain accurate records, and assist with audits.
* Compile operational and maintenance manuals for clients.
* Assist the Office Manager with general administration tasks.
* Handle calls, enquiries, and communication professionally.
* Ensure documentation is organised, accurate, and up-to-date.
About You
You’ll be detail-oriented, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
Essential:
* GCSEs in English & Maths (Grade C/5 or above)
* Strong administrative skills with good attention to detail
Desirable:
* NVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent)
* Experience within construction or a project-based setting
* Familiarity with Autodesk or SharePoint
* Understanding of Health & Safety documentation
