We now have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and hardworking Gardner to join our team covering multiple healthcare sites across Cornwall. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to contribute to creating welcoming, safe environments.
About the Role
As a Gardner, you will play a key role in maintaining the external environments across a number of NHS sites in central Cornwall, including Camborne, Redruth, St Austell, Falmouth, and surrounding areas. This is a mobile position where no two days are the same, and you will work as part of a small team to ensure all grounds are safe, clean, and well-presented.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on seasonal needs and site requirements but will include tasks such as grass cutting, weeding, maintaining pathways, and supporting winter gritting activities.

This is a permanent, full-time mobile role covering multiple NHS sites across Cornwall. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
