Company Background
About Royal Voluntary Service and GoVo: Royal Voluntary Service has been a pioneer of volunteering since 1938. From mobilising over 600,000 volunteers during the pandemic to shaping national conversations about social impact, we've consistently proved the power of collective action. Building on this legacy, we've launched GoVo, an ambitious new digital volunteering marketplace and platform funded by the People’s Postcode Lottery. GoVo connects charities and causes with volunteers and corporate employees, making it easy for organisations to access volunteering at scale – from in‑person to micro, remote, and one‑off opportunities. With over 1,000 charities onboarded and Version 1 of the platform live, our next step is to engage and onboard the UK’s business community to unlock over 140 million hours of unused corporate volunteering time each year.
Values & Commitment
At GoVo, you’ll join a passionate, mission‑driven start‑up within one of the UK’s most trusted charities. We move fast, support each other, and believe in getting things done together. If you're ready to lead from the front, close big deals, and make a measurable difference in the world of work and volunteering we’d love to hear from you.
