About The Role
We are looking to grow our Transport Planning Team with the addition of a Transport Planner. You will be a key part of the team, helping with daily route planning, managing our fleet resources and ensuring the transport planning runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
* Daily route planning using HDX and Paragon software
* Management of fleet resource and driver shift patterns
* Manipulation of customer delivery matrix in line with forecast figures
* Emergency customer scheduling
* Ensure production workload is consistent daily
* Reporting on key logistics KPI's
* Pro-actively resolve potential customer and store queries
* Work as a team to achieve the daily and weekly targets
* Offer problem solving solutions
* Management of customer order flow
About You
Who are we looking for?
* Advanced skills in Excel - including formulas, formatting and lookups
* Routing experience - desired but not essential
* Competence with Microsoft Office and relevant functions
* Ability to communicate and convey information by varied methods
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well within a team
