A pioneering engineering firm is seeking a Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and delivery of cutting‑edge turbomachinery-based products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
* New Product Introduction – Collaborate with design teams to ensure manufacturability, tolerancing, and supplier alignment.
* Sourcing & Supply Chain Design – Evaluate supplier capabilities and scale supply chains from prototype to volume production.
* Capability Acquisition – Identify and mature new manufacturing technologies to meet design and cost targets.
* Quality Planning – Apply APQP principles to ensure robust quality systems.
* Production Support – Resolve manufacturing issues and ensure delivery with full conformance documentation.
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience with turbomachinery components such as rotors, casings, aerofoils, and fabrications.
* Strong problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Flexibility to work across tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
