As FOH assistant, you will work closely with the General Manager and your day-to-day will involve:
* Serving and hosting guests.
* Ensuring company standards are achieved across our food, beverage, and accommodation offering.
* Make sure all opening and closing procedures are completed to the expected standards.
* Cash and stock handling.
