Job Description
3. Prepare and manage accurate financial statements and reports.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
5. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements.
7. Analyse financial data to support business decision-making.
8. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
9. Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members.
10. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
12. Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
13. Experience working within the Transport & Distribution industry or similar sectors.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
