?? About the Role
You will be teaching small groups of SEND learners with a range of needs, including:
* Social, emotional and mental health needs
* Autism
* ADHD
* Communication and interaction difficulties
* Challenging behaviour
* Complex learning needs
The school provides excellent TA support, a nurturing team, and a structured environment where consistency is key.
?? What Youll Be Doing
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons cross curriculum tailored to individual needs
* Managing behaviour positively and confidently
* Working closely with TAs to support learning and progress
* Creating a safe, structured and supportive classroom environment
* Attending one after-school meeting per week
?? Hours & Commitment
* Monday to Friday
* 8.30am 3.30pm
* Long-term full-time supply
* Small class sizes with strong support
?? Who Were Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
* Experience teaching SEND learners (KS2 and/or KS3/4)
* Confident managing challenging behaviour
* Calm, consistent and nurturing approach
* Able to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs
