Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised Administrator / Coordinator who enjoys working in a structured manner and excels in communication and coordination. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with Local Authorities:Communicate with local authorities to secure access to various sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is raised and tracked to meet deadlines.
Permit Coordination:Arrange and manage parking bay suspensions, bus stop suspensions, and other required permits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Traffic Management Coordination:Work closely with traffic management companies to arrange necessary signage and ensure proper implementation.
Project Tracking:Utilize Excel to monitor and track project progress daily, ensuring all milestones are met.
