HR, Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager – Humberstone Medical Centre

Are you an experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in human resources, organisational development, and regulatory compliance? Do you thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key?
This pivotal leadership role will see you:
* Oversee all aspects of HR including recruitment, appraisals, rotas, and staff development
* Ensure compliance with employment law, CQC regulations, health & safety, and infection control
* Lead on quality improvement and policy implementation across the practice
* Support service delivery and staff wellbeing across a dedicated multi-disciplinary team
You’ll work closely with our Business & Strategic Manager, clinical leads, and administrative team to ensure we not only meet but exceed care and compliance standards. Please see attached Job Description for more information.
