As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
This service is a lovely service where we support two ladies both have very different personalities. The people we support in this service need support with most things including personal care, moving and handling, task cooking, cleaning, administering medication, finance, Health appointment, accessing the community for hairdressers, social activities, shopping etc. They enjoy going out and trying new activities. Support staff will be trained in moving people and epilepsy.
What we're looking for:
•A genuine passion for supporting others.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
•Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Drivers with access to their own vehicle, that are happy to use it for work, are not essential for this role but are preferred.

•Relief
•Part-time: flexible hours based on availability
Shift times:
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 6 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
We have a variety of shift start and finish times, generally shifts are;
•Days: 0800-1900, 0830-2200, 0700-1000
•Sleep in: 2200-0700 (sleep in a bed, in a private bedroom)
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment £63.70
