This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialised team in building electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality. Key Responsibilities Senior technicians work with workshop manager in day to day running of the harness workshop. Assisting with complex, first time builds and prototypes. Picking lineside stock parts required for the assembly. Raising all build related issues, deviations and continuous improvement opportunities with your line manager. Providing guidance and advice to trainee technicians. Keeping high standards of housekeeping with regards to work area, documentation, tools and products. Carrying out line inspections. Carrying out any duties as required by the company to ensure a quality product and service is delivered to customers on time in full. Following all procedures and processes to meet day to day requirements of the business as well as quality and health and safety standards and requirements. Achieving effective continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns. Actively participating in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high-quality build standards are met and continuously improved.
