Job Description
3. Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and statements.
4. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
8. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
9. Provide support during audits and ensure timely financial reporting.
10. Continuously improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Qualified with a recognised professional body such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
12. Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
13. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
14. Strong knowledge of Charity SORP.
15. Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
16. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
17. Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
