About the Role
This is a full‑time position at Haymoor Junior School, comprising a 0.6 Inclusion Lead responsibility and a 0.4 teacher commitment in Year 6. The role will support the Head of Inclusion and SEND and may involve working in any of the Trust’s schools.
Responsibilities
* Provide inclusion leadership within the Junior School.
* Collaborate with the Head of Inclusion and SEND to plan and deliver inclusive strategies.
* Work as a Year 6 teacher within standard teacher hours.
* Plan and contribute to the wider school's curriculum and assessment with an awareness of SEN needs.
* Support, mentor and develop staff in inclusive practice.
Qualifications
* Qualified and experienced primary phase teacher.
* Knowledge and experience of working with SEN and vulnerable pupils.
* Working towards or holding a recognised NPQ qualification.
* Leadership in SEN/inclusion is desirable but not essential.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and a positive, energy‑driven approach.
