About The Job
An exciting opportunity to join our General Sales team on a permanent basis. This is a critical role working with Ingram Micro’s target customers and prominent vendors to build strong relationships with existing and new accounts.
What you can expect to be getting up to as an Account Advisor
* Develop a good understanding of your customer base including their customers’ business model, structure, goals and objectives.
* Develop exceptional business relationships within your customers
* Achieve and exceed specific targets in line with business expectations
* Manage and understand your sales pipeline to enable accurate forecasting
* Use the key benefits of buying from Ingram Micro to grow your customers business.
* Develop knowledge of Ingram Micro and its Vendors systems, programs, and processes
In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience
* Excellent communicator using both written and verbal format
* Previous experience in sales call centre / telesales / customer service environment
* Can work as part of a team in a pressurised environment.
* PC Literate - Including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
* Enthusiasm to learn and strive to become a subject matter expert
* Interest in IT
