Knowledge, Skills, and Training
Essential criteria
* Completion of or working towards the Therapy Assistant Practitioner apprenticeship (NVQ 3) or demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
* Completion of or willingness to complete the Care Certificate
* Experience of working as an Assistant at an advancing level
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
* Recent experience in a comparable role
* Experience undertaking defined clinical or therapeutic interventions delegated by a Registered Practitioner
Personal Qualities/Attributes
Essential criteria
* Effective communication at different organizational levels, with staff, patients/service users, visitors, and external organizations, both verbally and in writing, especially when handling complex, sensitive, or contentious information requiring negotiation or persuasion skills
Business Travel

* Ability to travel using own vehicle on Trust business, subject to the provisions of the Equality Act
