Certain Advantage is hiring for a Temp Sales Agent for our client in Trafford Park, Manchester. If you are a confident Sales Agent who likes a team environment and is driven by a target-based environment - this is the role for you! Great rate of pay and a fantastic location close to tram stops.

The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Agent to join their busy existing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* B2B Sales
* Generating sales over the phone
* Closing sales deals
* Maintaining excellent customer relationships
* Working to daily calls targets and conversions each day
£12.71 an hour, plus bonus. Monday to Thursday 9am-4.30pm and Friday 9am-2.30pm.
Ongoing temp contract. Great opportunity for role to be extended
Start date Wednesday 25th March 2026
The Individual
* Previous experience in sales is advantageous but not essential.
* Looking for highly enthusiastic and resilient people to generate sales
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident people that enjoy talking to people
* Attention to detail
* Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Money motivated
* Outstanding negotiation and fact-finding skills
* Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
* Proficient in using CRM software
