Warehouse Supervisor Freight Forwarding
4 on 4 off | Days | 7:00am 7:00pm
Our client, a well-established freight forwarding and logistics business, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of their warehouse facility. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct daily safety audits and support incident investigations.
- Monitor stock accuracy, warehouse administration, and order fulfilment.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff while managing team performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Analyse operational data and implement process improvements.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance feedback to management.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
- Support continuous improvement projects and operational efficiency initiatives.
